When you receive an adverse prenatal diagnosis, the world tilts on its axis. Life is forever changed; innocence is gone. No matter what you do, you cannot have what you most desired, that is, a carefree pregnancy with a normal baby. You no longer belong to the typical pregnant mom's club.

You never expected to be here. But you are here. Choices have to be made for your baby, because what is best for your baby is the most important thing. The easy choices are no longer an option.

An adverse prenatal diagnosis is shattering. Your dreams and expectations are broken and, with them, your heart. We understand how deeply it hurts. We've been there too. But we also know that, if you can endure those first days of heartache, something good begins to come back. Mothers who did not know how they could possibly survive such a difficult thing, find strength they did not know they had and joys they never suspected.

This site is created to offer support to those who have made the loving choice to carry to term when facing a probable poor outcome, and to offer information to help people make that choice. We seek to help you feel less alone, to give you information on how to search for medical information, to share stories of others who have gone through something similar, and to link you to other resources that are available on the web. We cannot take away your burden, but we do hope we can offer comfort and practical help as you tread this unfamiliar path. With time, you will recognize its rewards.

We welcome emails from any visitor to this site.

Alan Keys has taken a strong stance against abortion. His position is unwavering, and firm, and well reasoned. I've enjoyed reading his articles on the topic, which can be found at http://www.renewamerica.us/.
